Turn left on farm of Mr. and Mrs. E. D. Hopkins. Cemetery is past house and barn in next field. Enclosed by cement wall.” Stone is inscribed, “A faithful member of the Black Horse Troop.”[1764] Obituary: Children: Parents and Siblings: He was one of seven siblings: “Dr. George S. (17th Va.); John S.; Belle; Hugh [BH]; Ferguson [BH]; Lilas; Anne Berry.”[1765] Other Family: See entry of Hugh Hamilton [BH].
